  2. Cycling or walking to commute/pick up shopping/necessities

  3. Try something different in your community, swim, dance or flow. This provides an opportunity for socialising and positive reinforcement

  4. Attend routine strength programs for muscle mass, joint function, mobility and metabolism

  5. Two steps in the kitchen with family and friends, use AI/games like the Wii or even charades to get each other off the sofa

Get creative with staying hydrated by filling a flask with a herbal tea or adding squeezed fresh orange into a water bottle.
