What do we do when our bodies simply are struggling to get moving? Read these top three tips for checking in with body and mind.

  2. Tough emotions can hold us back physically from exercise routines. Common escapes are food, alcohol and other habits. Coping mechanisms can accompany feelings of guilt, shame and blame, there is no finger pointing here instead an honest review and a greater awareness. If necessary seek social support from friends, family, a professional or GP.
